This week’s pile of 5 comics were entertaining from top to bottom. A couple of issues surprised me by regaining my attention after it had started to wain with previous issues while another book continued its stellar run with its latest offering. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a pile of comics as much as I did with this week’s releases.

It’s Weekly Pile time! I was able to stop by my comic shop on the way to my New Year’s Eve festivities last night so the first day of my 2009 included a pile of fresh comics! I just finished reading them, so let’s dig in.
